KUALA LUMPUR (MF-DJ)--La societa' giapponese Nikon acquisira' la quota del 10% nella societa' malese Notion Vtec per 36,7 mln myr attraverso un collocamento azionario riservato. Lo riferisce una fonte vicina alla vicenda.

"Le due parti stanno limando gli ultimi dettagli e dovrebbero annunciare la chiusura dell'accordo entro pochi giorni", ha rivelato la fonte.

Nikon, il colosso che produce fotocamere digitali e strumenti di precisione, acquisira' 13,8 mln di azioni di Notion.
